🕊️LLAW 🕊️

If you seen LLAW (Live Like Aubreigh Wyatt) across your social media then you know the story of Aubreigh Wyatt. If not let me tell you about a young 13 year old girl named Aubreigh Wyatt. Her mother’s name is Heather Wyatt. She has an older sister named Taylor Wyatt and a younger brother Ryker Woods. Her best friend is named Bailee. It was discovered that 4 teen girls at her school have been bullying her for years. Since they are minors I will not be naming their names. After seeking help and bringing the situation to her teachers and other employees in her school district they didn’t take her seriously. It didn’t help that the superintendent of the school district was the father of one of the girls that was bullying her. The bullying progressed which later led her to take her own life on Labor day 2023 which landed on September 4th that year. Heather used her tiktok account to share her grieving journey of her daughter that led her daughter's story to spread tremendously. Due to Aubreigh’s story being known by more and more people throughout the U.S the parents of the 4 teens filed a lawsuit against Heather claiming defamation and slander. On July 2, 2024 the judge ruled that Heather must shut down all her social media accounts. With that ruling people were outraged saying that it violated Heather’s freedom of speech. Some people around the world after learning the names of the 4 teens took it too extreme and started attacking them, calling them vulgar names and sexualizing names. On July 16, 2024 the parents of the 4 teens dropped the lawsuit against Heather and her Tiktok profile is back online along with her other social media platforms. In February 2025, Heather filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the Ocean Springs School District, claiming that they along with others including the superintendent and school board were negligent and violated state and federal laws that are intended to protect children against bullying. Heather describes Aubreigh as vibrant, kind and exceptionally bright. Aubreigh loved the beach, her friends, gymnastics, riding four wheelers and making tiktoks. Aubreigh also lived out her faith and was very vocal about her faith and her relationship with God. She loved going to church camps and had bible verses posted up around her bedroom. After learning about her story and coming across her mom’s video on my fyp on tiktok it saved my life. Her faith and her big heart has inspired me to revive my faith and follow Jesus again. If you are struggling mentally you are not alone please reach out the suicide hotline is 988 they are operating 24/7 and just know that people love you.
